Yes. No time limit, no credit card required. The core Protocol — quests, XP, rank tracking, Comfort Loop logging — is free indefinitely.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your XP and rank history are preserved regardless of tier.
When does billing start?
Billing starts at App Store launch. Beta Operators register now and get early access — no payment required during TestFlight.
Do add-ons work on the Free tier?
Yes. App Block and Gym stack onto any tier, including Free — you don't need Pro or Ultra to unlock them. Ultra includes both automatically at no extra cost.
What is the Shield feature?
The Shield is part of the App Block add-on. It blocks specified apps during your Protocol windows — if your Comfort Loop is Twitter at 11pm, Shield removes the option. It's a hard mechanic, not a reminder.
